Demonstration Plots are very important in OVOF activity because farmer community can learn easily by seeing the applied BMPs on the demo plots. These plots demonstrate a lot of knowledge. Farmers seeing these plots will adopt BMPs in their own fields and develop more confidence. We show the results to the farmers so that they may adopt these BMPs.  Criteria of selection for demo plots was adopted as there were eleven blocks, two plots were randomly selected from each block. So a total of 22 demo plots were selected from 11 blocks. The sowing of 20 plots was completed in May and of remaining 2 plots was completed in June. Various BMPs were applied to these demo plots
