Responsibilities of Field Facilitators

Every facilitator covers one block which contained average 1600 acres. For assigning the responsibilities a new strategy was adopted by KWA & WWF-P. The facilitators were employed on monthly salary. The facilitator's duties were to run OVOF activity for eight hours every day and to provide consultation to the cotton growers of the village. So that the number of BMP cotton growers may increased. This additional contact with the farmers led to positive impact on the OVOF activity.
